Do you have any other products or variants other than the ones listed on the website?
Yes, we can source any line marking related products you require. Please email – sales@linewayuk.com or
call 0330 133 4134 with information regarding the products you require.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer huge discounts on bulk quantities. Please email – sales@linewayuk.com or call – 0330 133 4134 to discuss your requirements.
How do I place an order?
You can order via our online shop, email – sales@linewayuk.com or telephone – 0330 133 4134.
How do I pay for orders?
We accept debit and credit cards and BACS payments for orders over email and telephone. We also accept Paypal payments.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do.
We have our own van to make sure delivery is quick and hassle-free for you. We deliver ourselves up to a 50-mile radius of Coventry. We use responsible and professional third party for national deliveries.
We deliver 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (only for orders from stock).
We can also make urgent deliveries within 6 hours of ordering (only for orders from stock).
There is no minimum order for delivery.

What are your delivery charges?
Free delivery for orders over £600.

Next day delivery (from stock) - £15.
Next day delivery (from stock) for bulk orders - £50. (Get in touch for bulk order prices)

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes you can. Please get in touch to arrange a date, time and pick up address.
Can I return unopened products?
Yes, you can return unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. We charge a £25 restocking fee for any products returned. Please call 0330 133 4134 and we will arrange for collection.

Can I return damaged products?
Products are quality checked before delivery, so the chance of damaged products being delivered are very slim. On the rare occasion this might happen please call us on 0330 133 4134 within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of the damaged goods.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes, we are a VAT registered company and the invoices will be VAT invoices.
Do you offer credit accounts or credit periods?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer credit accounts or any credit periods. Full payment will need to be made pre-delivery or on delivery.
