Returns Policy

Lineway UK accepts returns on the basis of all the following conditions:


  1. You must inform us of any returns you wish to make within 7 days of the products being delivered to you. 

  2. The products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  3. The products or packaging must not be damaged.

  4. The products must not be bespoke / custom made for you.

  5. There will be a £20 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund value. 

  6. The delivery charge will not be refunded.

If all the above conditions are met, we will arrange a collection, free of cost. 


Delivery Information

Lineway UK takes pride in its highly flexible delivery service. Our deliveries are fast and efficient and we always work around you. We will deliver at a time and place that suits you, even if it is on-site in the middle of the night.

Please note, currently we only deliver within a 50 mile radius of Coventry.



Deliveries will need to be signed for at the point of delivery. Any failed attempt to deliver due to lack of or misinformation from the buyer or the buyer/representative not being present to take delivery will incur an extra charge.


Delivery times are subject to availability and traffic conditions. 


There may be times where we might not be able to offer 24 hours or next day delivery for factors beyond our control. 

Delivery charges

  • Urgent deliveries - within 6 hours (from stock) - £25

  • Next day delivery (from stock) - £12

  • Orders of £99 and under - £8

  • Orders of £100 and over - Free within 3-5 working days
